    Ricoh 9003 dirty background

    Dear all,
    My photocopy had an issue about dirty background. I already change new drum, developer but can not solve.
    Do you have any instruction? thank in advance for your help.

      are you using ricoh toner? where did you order the parts from that you replaced?

        Make sure you change the blade and cleaning brush, too. Clean the filters. High heat inside the machine will cause overtoning problems.

          Rebuild or replace the corona as well. Plus clean all scattered toner from the PCU frame.

          Also the Developer Filter and the pressure release tube could be clogged or the toner separator might need replacing. Any of those not working properly will cause a build up of gas pressure inside the DVU and result in toner scattering. (Note, the pressure release tube is only found on the 90 ppm models.)

            it would have been better if you took the photo a little further to the right, at least you could see how many prints the machine has, however assuming that you have followed all the correct procedures for the replacements, I would try another transfer unit and another corona unit, to see what an effect it has

              Or used that full page scanner that was right there in front of him.
