    Paper fold on the edged Ricoh 9003

    Dear all,
    I have a problem with my ricoh 9003 when the paper came out it was folded as in picture.
    I don't know which point that the paper was touching. Do everyone experienced with this problem please kindly instruct to me?

      Start by disconnecting the finisher to see if it still does it. Then set it for single sided print with face up delivery to narrow it down more.

          Looks to me like what happens when separation roller starts getting glazed. The so called 1M rollers seldom lat much longer than 800K before the separation starts getting glazed. Normally they are not cleanable unles you have grit cloth.

              Yeah, I guess I should've said to try running out of all the paper trays also.

                  This machine didn't use finisher. When I try one side print it doesn't have any problem but 2 sides it folded.

                          If its right in the middle of the page, check Duplex roller (Driven Reverse Roller).

                              worn or bad separation roller, replace paper feed roller kit of these pickup station
