There's been a problem with the charge bias boards on this model of Charis, maybe that's your next step.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Hello, I went yesterday to my cutomer, I change completly ITB (with new id sensor), and I clean all TD sensor and all the printer with vaccum cleaner. I make calibration (OK), and process control (OK : 11111111).and the color are beautiful

Hello, I just called Ricoh tehnician support, and He say me that the problem may come from humidity and temperature sensor : The toner density use infos of the humidity and temperature sensor in order to calibrate and make process control.
Maybe the copier is too close of the wall...
He say me too that the electric card is not at fault because there will be always the problem... and not alternatively...Comment

Hey mate did you change the whole developer unit or just the yellow dev? Has the issue come back? I have the same issue on the same machine but i am getting yellow potential sensor errors 381-04. I have a sensor dev and dev unit on order.Comment
