There's been a problem with the charge bias boards on this model of Charis, maybe that's your next step.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

Hello, I went yesterday to my cutomer, I change completly ITB (with new id sensor), and I clean all TD sensor and all the printer with vaccum cleaner. I make calibration (OK), and process control (OK : 11111111). and the color are beautiful

I suspect, as the error code suggests, the ID sensor (F) was the issue.

Hello, I just called Ricoh tehnician support, and He say me that the problem may come from humidity and temperature sensor : The toner density use infos of the humidity and temperature sensor in order to calibrate and make process control.
Maybe the copier is too close of the wall...
He say me too that the electric card is not at fault because there will be always the problem... and not alternatively...

A few days ago on an MP C5000 the yellow unit gave a problem, with a yellow background but erasing the location of the ID sensor, I did what the guy described and nothing, then I cleaned all the contacts and it allowed me to take readings. and full image quality.
                          greetings

Hey mate did you change the whole developer unit or just the yellow dev? Has the issue come back? I have the same issue on the same machine but i am getting yellow potential sensor errors 381-04. I have a sensor dev and dev unit on order.

Hi, I changed twice... Because empty the developer unit at customer is tiring... So i doing that at my workshop and put the empty developer unit in the copier. After I Put new developper and it all good.

I change the potential sensor and it support too
