Hello,we have the same issue at our shop with two 4504s ,one 5504 and one 6004,tried almost everything ,the problem always comes back.
the drum potential sensor people are mentioning is this thing?

Those are completely different than the C6503. The 4504, 5504 and 6004 are high volume color office models. The MP C6503 is a pre-production model. It is the same main frame as the Pro C5200. Nothing about the PCDUs are the same as the 4504, 5504 and 6004. Start a new thread.
