    Hello

    Try to increase the Print ready temp. Clean the thermopile and check thermistors, it's easy to mount the thermistors upside down (had this once, the customer tried "do it yourself")
    Is the sleeve correct for this model?

      have you tried replacing the contact thermistors, I had a similar problem months ago, and I solved it like this, I tend to think that the fact of having to modify the working temperatures via sp is not a good idea, in the sense that it means that there is an upstream problem that we try to resolve in a roundabout way. however, if you have the possibility, the ideal would be to try replacing the entire fuser unit with another one, even a used one, just as a test
