Hi,
When scanning on this one (MPC4504) it SOMETIMES gives an blue darkground, see picture.
Visited this customer often, the darkground is not always there !!
Tried to change the exposure from automatic tot manual, no results
Adjust with SP4610, no results
customer told that this problem is not always there, sometimes it goes good for weeks, and then, out of the blue there it is !!
its a weird problem, customer told when having this scan they turned the machine off/on, getting a good scan after doing that,
or scan a document first time, getting blue darkground, scanning second time the same original, its gets better, scanning for the fourth time it is good (?!!)
someone a clue here?
Ricoh engineer suggested its condence under the glass after running a lot of prints when scanning, but that is not the case here . .it comes spontaneously
can't figure it out ;(IMG_8090.jpg
