Good day, i have a Ricoh MP 3055 with a jam in the area of the fuser C. i hsve searched every where in the area but to no avail.
Can anyone shed some light on this ?
In your profile you claim to be a "senior tech" but your post sounds more like an end user. What is the Jam number code? It will be in thew form of Jxxx where xxx is a three digit number. That number will tell us exactly which sensor detected the jam and whether it is a lead edge or trail edge jam.

Check the the duplex unit (the part above the fuser unit), sometimes a sheet stucks there and it's difficult to see
