    Ricoh 2011 color test failed

Hello! My Ricoh MPC2011 failed pattern color test page in service menu SP 1-103-002. Prints test gradation good SP1-103-001! Prints calibration from the custom menu good. For what reasons did you fail color test SP1-103-002 in the service menu?

Thank you! I am grateful to you! But everything was fine until I installed the transfer belt and closed the right swing arm down. Then I did sp 2-111-03-02-01. I got error sc285 and sc 492. I turned the levers down from the left and right on the transfer belt, did sp 2-111-03-02-01 again, everything became fine, but color test page failed...

maybe there could be a problem with the mobile shutter of the id sensors that doesn't open correctly, try to check it, it seems to me that it doesn't have hp sensors, so I think it can also be removed, but check

There could be a problem with the ITB latch cam. It is located on the back end of the shaft the "swing arm" is mounted. This will allow the end of the ITB closest to the ID sensor to move slightly when the solenoid that controls the shutter is energized. This results in SC285.

Since the ITB is not fully locked in, there may not be proper connection to the ITB for the HVPS. This could be the cause of the SC492.

If you mean line d, then in what order should I make the adjustment SP 2-111-01, -02,03,04 (line a, b, c, d) so that it would be correct?

NO, he means the physical slide plate of the ID sensor assembly mount bracket. Removing it might help.

As for SP 2111, If you use a you don't need b as a run b twice. If you use d you don't need c as c is part of d. The documentation is not clear as to whether s run c then a or c then b. If it includes a, then all you have to run is d. If it includes b then you need to run d then b.

Many thanks to everyone who answered me! I want to ask, do sc285 and sc 492 need to be reset? Erase from memory? Or if everything goes well, will they disappear on their own?

They will disappear once the problem causing them is repaired.

The color test page prints well! I turned on auto-select paper tray 1. It stood - not to show.

My black one started printing with white stripes! I did a forced toner supple
this doesn't help. I showed it in the photo. Is this a bad PCU?
