All the optics including the mirrors, the lamp reflectors and the lens? Did you test to see if the mirrors were clean with a captain's pen light? Did you run copy portion of ACC before attempting to do the printer portions?

Hello. I'd try the following in this order

1) service your laser unit
2) replace your black developer unit
3) replace your black drum unit

If it is a setting issue it is a setting for something that was replaced after it left the factory such as the ID sensor. New ID sensor boards come with a sticker that has the required information. If you are lucky that sticker might be attached to the frame above the board or on the inside of a door.

really a fucking problem! prints badly from USB...apart from a stroke of luck...the only thing to solve it in a reasonable time without wasting time and fuel, its retire the machine in the laboratory, place it alongside another identical unit, and start to Exchange parts at go-go...sometimes there are no other roads.
