[Misc] Ricoh MPC2003 Print From The Side oOf Destruction

Hello, our MPC2003 machine is causing destruction from the side where there is more color. Can you please explain what could be the problem? The print result is attached.

for start, try cleaning the thermistors and setting thicker paper in the driver, and always change the setting from "speed" to "quality" in the driver
if you are lucky the paper come out more slowly and the toner have more time and temperature to fuse it on the paper
if you not solve, must be see the termoswitchs (x2) and/or the fuser remaining life

I'm guessing that you are using thick paper, not 70 or 80 gsm paper.
If you are using thick paper, need change paper type setting.

        Is it genuine Ricoh toner?

I have seen that with photo glossy paper intended for inkjet printers. The glossy film on the paper cab actually melt and damage the fusing unit. Laser photo glossy paper can often require a bit of trial and error to find the exact paper setting to use to provide the proper fusing temperature.

Looks to me like you are running thicker paper on standard 80g settings.
Are you certain you have selected the correct gram range for the paper you are using?
