have you swap the PSU to other working same machine model? or fusing unit assembly?
fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

        Hi Guicho,
you did a great job until now...of course all of us...we are interested in the result (or at least I am). Maybe it's time to try a different power supply from a working machine. SC 543 is usually the non contact thermistor and in the worst case the BCU.
Also check the high voltage board for corona unit..for that weird black bands problem.

            Hey...calm down..for a sec...
It's this one the original Controller??? . Check all the connectors maybe is something not connected properly. Hope no wires are pinched.
And hope that you didn't modified the #6 on DIP SW 101 because was correct.
Do you have a NV RAM back up since your machine was new or in a working state? If yes...format your HDD and RAM Clear and start fresh.

Ok...but don't be desperate...Everything can be fixed...Of course another tech it's a great thing to have...It will give you confidence and you know another set of eyes it's always welcome
If you don't have the birth certificate for this machine...you can "clone" one from a different one and do adjustments after....
Viva Mexico my friend and good luck tomorrow.

The wires at the rear of the fusing unit will often short to the frame when the fuser is pushed in. Check those. Try turning the machine on with the door open and fuser pulled out and see if anything different happens. Make sure all fuses are good on the PSU, then try pulling connectors one at a time and see if the machine comes back. You'd be surprised how much stuff you can strip off these and still get them to come on.

Faulty power supplies can cause strange problems also. They don't necessarily have to be dead to malfunction. They may be outputting spiky voltages that can interfere with digital logic levels.
Don't take that toner with me!
