    Check your corona.
    1. Rplc first corona wire & grid.
2.check & replace the power pack for corona

Inspect the charge assembly.swap the charge assembly with a known good unit. if the fault is cured then dismantle and clean thoroughly. if the prolem is still apparent replace the blocks which will have become ionised.

Remove the dev unit and wipe across the mag roller. Is there a hard coating of toner in the centre of the roller? If yes, scrub the coating using developer as an abrasive and retest.
