Voluntary assistance can be your greatest gift once you do not degrade the recipient.
Have you checked the procon results? That may give some clues.
Hows the dev and i know it may not be helpful but in many cases i found if the dev clips broke (need to carefully inspect both sides sometimes) it would cause alsorts of problems.
Been quite a while since I worked on one of these..used to have a few of those beasts. The old memory isn't what it used to be but... Usually I found that code being caused by the Potential Sensor being dirty, but I see you have replaced it. Make sure your charge corona is strung properly and the grid is not damaged at all. You might want to take another whole charge unit...could be the housing or end blocks. I remember a case where I did a tech support call for another tech and he had the charge corona strung a bit cock-eyed. I sure DON'T miss those boxes!!
Here's what the Goose Guide says about that code:
replace drum
replace the potential sensor
reseat PCC assembly~under drum cleaning unit
reseat ribbon cable on LD control PCB
toner or foreign material in charge grid receptacle
sigpic Relax! This firmware injection won't hurt...but it will take 45 minutes.
