    1013f with double image

    Have a 1013f with a double image.Have replaced the PCU,hot roller and transfer roller along with the FCU.Still have double image.Anybody got any ideas??Doesnt happen all the time...only on a few copies and prints or faxes.Cant narrow it down to any one of the above.Can happen at any time.TIA

    did you replaced pressuer roller and all bushing i had this problem if you replase only hot roller it will not ok some machine it was bad pcu even its new cleaning blade not work well

      Roll the copy making the lead edge of the two images meet, this will give you the circumference of the roller or the drum causing the problem.

        Have the machine in the office now.Throwing SC 322 and an add toner condition before that.
        Havent replaced the press roller but i will after getting the machine at least running.
        Jomama46..it isnt just one image repeating.It is double imaging all the way down the page on the operator side.
        Also, the quenching lamp was replaced as well.

              Ive had a similair issue where the plastic pressure relase lever on the metal pressure lever (B044 4146 or B044 4141) somehow got flipped into the wrong position on when the LHS door was shut.

              Because pressure accross the hot roller wasnt even the hot roller wasnt getting cleaned and toner would build up as you discribe on one side of copies.

              Id be sure to replace the pressure roller, I think it is impregnated with silicon oil to help keep the Hot roller clean and can dry up over time, but wiser minds may correct me on that.
