please wait upper left of screen. repl-2 new hdd's reformatted and stamped them but no luck. i can make a copy and quickly make another copy and another if i am fast enough, but when i wait 3 seconds it goes into a please wait and will not come out. i can turn the machine off/on then it will come to ready again, but iif i make a copy and wait 3 seconds it will do it again. not the initial please wait but the one in the upper left where the screen says ready. help appreciated. thanks t

You may have already done this, but it sure sounds like a firmware problem. Also, I had a 2051 that I adjusted the metal plate on the front of the machine that secures the fuser in place. I had moved it about 2 mm too far to the left and got the same "please wait" indication. Hope this helps

how old is the developer. try new developer. it might be from td sensor.

it was the fuser guys. replaced all the lamps, stats and stors, thanks much T
