    Aficio 3228 Black Skew copy

    Hello everyone

    In aficio 3228, copying and printing in black mode, I have a skew copy.
    In the color copy and a only one color copy, print god. (I don't have problem)
    Help me please

      Check the feed rollers and make sure the springs on all the transport rollers are intact. Color mode has a slower line speed that may allow better feed into the aligning roller.

          I've seen a deformed registration roller once. Maybe a possibility?

                  Check the vertical transport door latching mechanism. Does it click shut with the handle flat to the cover? It looks like the paper may be getting to the reg rollers skewed and late causing the image to bleed off the page, but the image lines are straight and square, so I think the reg rollers and bearings are ok.

                  I'm sure I saw this one before and after removing the door and straightening everything the door closed properly and the skew never returned.
