305 is not listed in my book, but 304 is a charge roller error.check the drum unit. If it's 395 that's a development bias error, check and reset the developer. Power off/on to clear both.

well today went to the customer and the 395 code was there and after trying to reset de developer was still there and after a while code 402 came up and threw me off balance even more, i even put a new developer unit in the copier
Did you notice alot of toner inside the front cover? Those machines had problems with getting toner into the door switches that are just above the fuser. There was a bulletin on that I think but I'm not able to find it right now.
Props to Paper Jam! there was an issue with the switches and the wireing harness to them, chaffing. You should check them and the harness. Then check your transfer unit and the clutch for the transfer unit.
you will need to completely change all components related to copy quality. dev. drum. transfer. main charge and make sure you do the td and id sensor adjustments after. And please do not use any after market parts
