connect ing the one computer to the other computer in the office network

When i try to set up the scan to folder(SMB) for ricoh multifunctional copier machine,
i suceeded to set up in the one computer and failed in the other computer.
In that case, i intend to convert the successful computer into the public computer, so
from the other computer i can get into shared folder.
For that, i need to make computer of shared folder open to other computers.
I want to know how to do that.

make a scan folder, right click the folder, click on sharing, following the instruction, let window do the sharing. When finish, you will notice the folder with a hand sign. Make sure all computer are on the same group.
