    this has always been a intermittent problem with the two machines i have in the field, false \"C\" jams that will not clear and now one is throwing a \"C\" code with copy half way out of fuser. doing this everytime now. i just pm\'d this machine 1 month ago and customer said they only used it to make less then 100 copies since pm. thanks for any help on this.

      HELP! i still need help with this problem. has anyone ever seen this before? i do not know ricoh color boxes that well. thanks
