    Aficio 1027 error code

    Need help...
    I am new to ricoh machine.How to enter service mode to clear A1027 error code sc542.

      Use the following key sequence:

      [Clear Modes] [1] [0] [7] [Clear stop], holding the Clear/Stop until the display changes to indicate SP mode choices, then choose 'System SP' on the touch panel.

      Enter 5810-1 and execute that followed by power off/on at the main switch. An SC 542 may clear, but it's likely best to evaluate the fuser's condition and replace the heat roller, thermistors and pressure roller. If a rebuild is needed, be generous with the Barrierta grease on the heat roller's bearings to prevent the 'clicking' or 'creaking' sounds this fuser can make after a while in service.
