    [Misc] Aficio 1035 light copies only in scan & copy mode

    I am having a problem with a aficio 1035 giving me light copies only in copy & scan modes. When printing internal & print jobs prints are fine. Cleaned optics , replaced ipu board.any suggestions would be great.

      Scanner sag from people leaning on the op panel? Try adjusting the op panel on the left hand side and see if the copies get better...

          Yes see if it is different via ADF Vs Platen. One should be worse than the other. More than likely customer has leaned on Scanner Assembly and deformed the support arm for it.
