I need help on this one I believe it is a scanner problem, can some one help me

This is a fusing unit problem. Temperature error.Check it. You have to change or thermistors or the lamp, and if you are not lucky the power supply board.

Thanks, I found upon futher inspection that the wires on the fuses are pinched and have been badly repaired causing a short.
