    SR861 Booklet

    Hi guys,
    i have a problem on SR861 Booklet Finisher. When it staples on booklet type some of paper is not settled and some are. I allready cleaned all the sensors and rollers but I steel did not solve the problem.
    Can somebody please help me!

    Little brief info to act on.
    Is paper when stapled not nice stacked ?
    How about in 1 staple mode ?

      paper is stacked nice and in 1 staple mode works ok. I have problem only with booklet mode, some times the paper is not fold in the midle. I tried to fix the problem with SP6-113 but whithout any luck.

        Had a problem on one of these a little while ago where the first piece of paper fed into the staple tray would get wedged between the belt and the feed out belt pawl, this happened due to the mylar was bent out of position. This allowed the paper to wedge itself in there causing the front/rear cover to be offset to the inner pages of the booklet. The booklet was folding in the correct place, but the front page was out of position.

        Not sure if this is what you have happening there.....

          Good cas of worn out "Gear Paper Crimp: Drive: Rear"
          Replace the front and rear one + both link shafts.
