Aficio 2238c Fireflies

Okay, replaced developer units, all work fine, except Cyan. Still getting random, very small spots on bottom 1/4 of page, maybe 2 or 3 at most. Drives this client crazy, of course. Is there any tweaking of bias or such we can do to alleviate this problem?

Did you replace the PCU? Could also be a bad development clutch.
