    Line on duplex mpc 3500

I have a problem on an MPC 3500. when I want to make a one duplex, a line appears on the first sheet. I try on the ADF and on the window, is a same problem. I think the problem comes from printing the first page. I will wish to shift sp mode only the first page on the right.

    Thanks.

I agree with Jomama46. The duplex margins are set to 0.2 inch by default and cause the edge of the page to be copied. I check these as a matter of course on most machines I see for the first time in the field.

Check by copying from the glass in " 2 sided / 2 sided" mode. If the line goes away it.'s the margin adjust.
