I have a nashuatec DSm660 showing in the display panel "please wait" eventhough I replaced a new HDD...anyone can experience this? please share to me....thanks in advance...

Try disconnecting all the options and starting the machine with the door open and the fuser out. If it starts, reconnect all the options one by one until it does it again.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

I had this happen to me before on this model. The screws had come loose on the metal plate attatched to the machine frame that has the set pins for the front of the fusing unit. After realignment and tightening the problem was solved.NEVER ASSUME ANYTHINGComment
