[Jamming] Savin C3030 Jaming only on faxes

OK this is the strangest thing I've ever seen. This machine jams only on faxes. When it does jam the paper is coming out of the exit and then there is also one sheet at the registration roller. SO for we've replaced the interchange unit, paper feed unit, updated firmware, etc.. pretty much everything we could think of.. Now I need new ideas. The customer is tired of it, as am I.

Try changing the orientation of the paper tray desingated for fax in user tools.

Typically that type of jam where the paper stops partially ejected is due to a paper size or orientation mismatch between what's programmed for the tray and what's is actually in there - or the paper is ejecting to the wrong output. As tsc04 said, confirm the size and orientation first. Also, is there a 2nd internal tray that it should be going into? If so, is that where it is ejecting? Try changing the fax output to a different location- try proof tray on finisher if there is one.
