    pro 907ex with J015 and J021 codes

    Hi All,

I have a fairly new 907 ( 400k ) that gives fairly regular J015 ( T6 transport late ) and J021 ( cooling pip late ) codes. The J015 codes are from T6 on a 5030 LCIT. It seems as if it is trying to feed multiple sheets of paper at once. So far I have changed T6: feed and separation rollers, torque limiter and have done the double feed lift sensor adj. On the J021 code I have lubed the fuser drive coupling, cleaned all the one way roller bearings and replaced the fuser exit sensor. Still have intermittent jams. Can anyone suggest anything else for me to try? TIA

      Hello dear totoro,

I have a Ricoh MP 1350 I see this jam code J021 is very bad jam code. You must replace the hot roller stripper or check this parts. See the picture. Sometimes this rings (in picture and red circle) locked by sclerous toner after this ring not move. After paper not move and stay in the fusing unit. I cleaned this rings and replaced the hot roller strippers. My machines worked.

Try removing the metal spurs from the fuser strippers also stops J021 ( cooling pip late )

If your customer is printing on labels the various paper guides in the duplex tray area could have gummy label buildup.
