    MPC2000 sc565

Has anybody had this code? I had it last year on a 2500 and after replacing the therms, it turned out to be the pressure roller lamp. have it again now on this 2k. 1 of our lads has been 3 times to this with therms and a lamp, still getting code. ther's fuck all info on TESSA. I know a previous post mentioned the PSU, just wondering did anyone have another fix, cheers

Have you changed the thermistors? These can also cause this code. Check the thermopile too.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Hi lads, posting back on this. Went in this morning with psu and swapped it out, 10 mins later sc565 again. Ran over what I did and what tech who'd been 3 times before me did. I specifically asked him about checking lamps thermistors and thermostats to which he told me they were replaced. A slight untruth as it happens, the East European C-*^ didn't replace or even check the stats under the Press roller. The one on the left was open circuit. Reset it and away she went. Rang the customer this afternoon- machine is now fine. One to watch out for.

Had the same a few months ago. Replaced the whole fusing unit and never saw it again. There's also an RTB out about firmware.

SC565 we got our engineer who said he checked everything to check the pressure roller thermostat and it was blown.
Even though it came to power up and ready then after 5 minutes threw the code.
          Thanks for you help guys.
