    2090 jamming

machine is throwing allsorts of jamcodes. most jams are only duplex. i find half of the paper in the fuser exit and the other half in the duplex entrance. i took the feed stations out and they were not contaminated with dev or toner, the were clean including the gears and clutches. jams nearly on all trays including a3. pressure roller is nearly new.

    15.fusing exit sensor 16 jams
    16.exit sensor 17 jams
    19.duplex entrance 2 jams
    25. entrance sensor 10 jams
    27.shift tray exit sensor

this is confusing me. i cleaned the duplex rollers and sensors. i hardly work on these bellinis but whenever i do and i struglle it really frustrates me.

I have adjust all my machines nip band width from 11.5mm to about 8.5mm. usually about 3 turns. Sorted out a lot of jamming errors.

Jamming in the areas you mentioned could be a number of things. A jam code would really help in determining you problem. Without the jam code to narrow down the problem, I would say there may be a problem with one of the solenoids in the duplex tray. Check for binding solenoids or possible missing solenoid return springs. There are 3 solenoids in the duplex tray.
