Evening all,


Has anyone had this problem before SC445 (Transfer motor error) also the machine logs SC499 (Transfer belt encoder error) ?

The error only occurs first thing in the morning then will eventually reset after about an hour or two and run for the rest of the day !

Have replaced Transfer belt, blade, brush and also PTR, brush, blade etc ...

Is the belt facing the right way (reflective strip going over the sensors) and the belt sensors cleaned? Do you have another ITB unit you can swap out? I would guess the problem is with the belt sensor board.
