    ricoh 1045 sc 546

hi guys, i have a machine in the field that every couple of weeks or so gives a sc 546, new thermisors front and rear and new ufr( not original) any ideas? Lamps check ok.
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

make sure the hot roller is for a 1035- not a 2035 or 350. each machine has a unique roller thickness.

You can also shim out the fuser connector on the fuser I've seen that work on a few machines
