    Ldo 60 jamming

i have a machine that jams from tray 1 and 2 after the developer leaked from the back of the dev unit into the machine. we have swopped over the feed stations and transfered the problem, what on the feed unit causes it to jam, it sounds like the motor is locking up. Any ideas?? Is it worth changing all the one way bearings?

I would, at the very least, make sure that all the bearings are free of any dev that fell down there. What you will probably have to do is tear the feed unit down and check each one, then order those bearings have a lot of grit in them. Clean the rest. Although it is highly unlikely that the dev hurt them, don't forget the check the motors. It's a lot of trouble, but try swapping the motors between two feed units.

    Hope this helps!

The first law states that energy is conserved: The change in the internal energy is equal to the amount added by heating minus the amount lost by doing work on the environment.

change all the one way's bearings or gears with one way's. I've had this happen and the dev trashes the bearings and gears.

        I agree with Tonerbomb.
This model had serious problems with the one way bearings/gears slipping, Attached is a bulletin - quite complicated but does work.
