    Ricoh AF1075 DIRTY LINES ON PRINTS

    Hello.
    I have a Ricoh AF1075 and we opened to clean toner motor and after i turned it on,it has some problems on printings.(dirty image).
    Drum,cleaning blade,developer,developer kit,corona grid.corona wire are changed and still copies are like before.
    Please i need help.

    Check the fuser guide plate. Toner is being wiped off before it fuses.
    Why do they call it common sense?

    If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

      Have you changed the DRUM Cleaning brush roller ? Also open the door as you make a copy stoping the paper on the drum befor the fuser. If the image has lines on it then you know its not the fuser.. another poss is the dev mag roller.

        I'll try this tomorrow but i have put a new magnetic roller.

          WOW......"You have replaced the mag roller"...........how did you set the doctor blade up? did replace the seels as well? ... or did you change the complete dev assy?

            I changed developer assy really.It's making me crazy.........

              X2, happening after transfer and before it hits the fuser roller. Most common cause is the fuser entrance guide (check for gunk hanging down). If not that, check the gap between the transfer belt assy. and the bottom of the PCU assy.

                Just stoped the paper on transfer belt and i think the problem is inside the drum unit.

                  Solved.
                  Thank you all for your help.It was just problem of a aluminium plate on drum unit(it collects dirty toner of drum),now changed and everything is ok.
