I have a 907 with less than 200k on it that has a recurring problem of releasing toner blobs from pressure roller cleaning roller onto the back side of copies. Anybody seen this or have fix? Thanks!

could be alot of spillage from the cleaning unit,check how is your cleaning brush?

Overtoning? How did the dev setup go? Check the VT and VSP readings, are they too low?

Vsp readings are in normal range and no appearance of overtoning.
