Hi. I have got a problem no engineer can fix....including me :0)
I had a customer who uses colour copier gloss and when ever they have writing in White on the sheet in a tint or solid area it duplicates the writing down the page, butninly the White text where there is no toner. You see it of course on another part of the sheet which either has a tint or solid. On normal stocck of any gsm it's fine but put it on gloss made for copiers from different manufacturers it does this. I have tried it on several machines and it does it in them all. The ghost image is like a transparency of the White text or cut out. It's coming from the Fuser unit which has had new parts but like I said it does it on all my 6500 / 7500.
Tried changing from thick 1 to 2. Label etc. From the glass or print.
Any advice would help but it's stumped everyone so far and they all say it must be the machine or material used for the Fuser belt but the 3260 range never did it.
Hope your all having a fun week.
Tim.
