    Ricoh AC-104 (B173)

    Have an AC-104 when copying on the glass it will feed two sheets. The copied page then a blank page. It only does this when you copy from the platten glass. ADF and System data list come out one page. Any ideas would be great.

          My experiance has been on these little machines is update firmware and if it's already current, reload it.

              Set paper size from Menu mode.

                  Will try the firmware update. The paper size is set to (LTR)
