I Have an ongoing problem on an mpc7500 with a sc483 error. it intermittantly shows this code, which is the yellow cleaning motor error. i have swapped motors replaced the cleaning assy, and checked for obstruction in the waste tonor path but it still persists, any ideas ?

Take a look closer to the gears,bushings,clips, at yellow pcu's cleaning system (front and rear). Especially the white bushing. In any case you can check it with another pcu to isolate the problem.
Turning clean. system by the hand or diagnostics could not help you... -
I've not had this myself but, if it's intermittent, it sounds like it may be a trapped wire in a harness?Comment
