    Ghost imange on mpc2000

Hello guys and sorry for my bad english.
    I have a client with a Ricoh Aficio MPc2000.
The machine has 3 years and about 250000k black and 52000k color counter.
At 280000k all component of fuser unit are replaced and at 150000k black drum.
No other maintenance are been performed.
When the machine produces black and white or color normal documents there are no problems.
However, when printing or copying photos, on the sheets there are stains.
I tried to make a copy of a photo with the individual colors.
Only with yellow, spots are present.
The surface of all drum are cleaned and i've cleaned brush roller cleaning, toner collection coil and charge roller of yellow drum.
I was thinking of replacing the cleaning unit of the transfer belt.
    Every idea is appreciated.
    Thanks.
    Bye.

We believe that the problem is just that.
Today I cleaned the ITB cleaning unit with a vacuum and initially the problem was less noticeable.
After some copies started to come back.
Will order the ITB cleaning unit and I'll let you know.
      Thanks.

        Hello.
You're going to have to do a shedload of maintenance on this thing soon. It definitely needs a black dev and an ITB cleaning unit.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.

Today i have changed ITB cleaning unit but the problem is not solved.
The strange thing is that only the first copy or print color looks blotchy. The following are always cleaner and after 3 copies of the problem disappears completely.
Once the machine is stopped or is turned off and on again the problem starts to be present.
          Help me please!

Friend can you please print the test page on the printer service mode sp 1103-1 and 1103-2. do it after copying 3 copies or after you turn on the machine. scan it so that we can see the result.

In the first print of SP 1.103.002 here are spots, in the second and third no.
                Now my question is:
but if the drum had to be replaced should not do spots in all the prints?
Why do spots only in the first prints?

it's the black drum unit - it's cleaning unit doesn't work properly.

The PM cycle for the drum units is ~80k - I guess you should replace the drum unit or better both black drum and dev if it's still the first dev.

You should also clean the color drum units properly to expand the remaining lifetime:

                    - snap out and clean the charge roller assembly (take care not to damage the charge cleaning roller)
                    - remove the drum cleaning unit (2 screws)
                    - remove the drum and clean it properly with a new cloth
                    - vac out the cleaning unit and the other pcu parts pcu (second cleaning blade, wax brush roller...)

Dude, I'm not too sure about giving the OPC drums a polish.... The old selenium drums maybe. I know parts are hard to come by back in SA!? Lol God I miss South Africa on a cold shitty day like this in the UK!!

I think he meant polishing the drum (removing wax-buildup) with a soft, dry and clean cloth^^
