Nashuatec DSC 332 colour our of position

    Hello to everyone,

I have e nashuatec dsc332 that all color are moved and not in position.

I try to print out the SC-values and input all the changed ones to default but when i inputted all 2001 values of the SC ( charged bias ) and restarted the machine, after the machine made the warm up cycle it said in the dispaly colour adjusting and then a code, SC 385, and it clears with a restart of the machine.

But the next time i restart the machine and i make color copies it moves the colors.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO?

IF ANYONE HAS ALSO A SERVICE MANUAL PLEASE HELP!!

SC385 means "K-Development Gamma Error" wich can be caused by:

        - Toner Density too low
        - Toner Pump faulty
        - Image transfer faulty
        - Laser faulty (unlikely)

That's what the manual says. A faulty DV clutch can force this issue as well - in this case the black density looks interrupted in running direction. How's the black density looks like?

The out of color problem is probably a secondary issue - the machine can't calibrate properly if it's not able to print the necessary patterns.

          Firstly it shows error code

          SC-393-01 and than 393-02
that are balck and yellow developer problems.
I pulled out and cleaned te drums and the developers of both of them, after that it made the colours out of position.

Hello i have resolved he problem with the error code SC-385 thank you very much.
The ID sensor was dirty and that is why it shows the error code.

Another problem now is that i do the Auto Color Calibration from the menu and it prints out the page but it say scanning error, i have tried 10 times but it does not finish the Calibration. Also the image is out of position but not as in the first time.

                    What should i do??

Print a colour test pattern from printer SP and see how the alignment is there. Also, try the colour registration adjustment in User Tools - Maintenance and SP5993-002 for the line adjustment.

I'd also check the condition of the transfer unit, this may need servicing.

If the colour test pattern is out, can you scan it so that we can see the issue? The same goes for the calibration pages.

                      Ta

                        Hello Llama,

I just did the sp5993-002 and the result is failed.
In the result SP5993-007 the result is 070707
                        What does it mean?
When i try to do maintenance from the menu it prints OK but it says scanning failed!!

                        ???
