The only problem I've had with these is the paddle shaft gets out of position when the operator pullls out the originals before they fully exit. The rubber paddle finger needs to be parallel to the paper as it exits or it will catch the lead edge. You can try giving the shaft a sharp crank (pinch the shaft with thumb and forefinger of both hands) and feel it move a few notches until it's in the right position or take off the front cover and readjust the paddle holder and gear unit that are on the front end of the shaft where it comes through the frame (they mate together, the 2 nibs on the paddle holder may be broken off keeping the shaft from staying/turning to the right position).
I would move it a few notches and make a test print, if it still jams move it more. It will be obvious once you watch it closely.
