      Replace the door switches, 3 above the fuser and 3 near the main power switch. Failing that, clear the beam pitch data in SP modes and run initial settings for 400 and 600dpi. If that doesn't work, new laser unit.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Probable motor polygon scanner motor stuck or lazy. unmount the location and verification.
