I used some kind like formula K to clean charge roller on color machines ,It last the most 30K. Is there something better to clean will last longer ?

As far as I can tell, it's just the nature of the beast. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'm using scouring agent for the old type (black) charge rollers - it's a bit messy but has a nice polishing effect. The new type (brown) charge rollers are more delicate that's why I'm just using water or glass cleaner for those. I'm also removing the drum/cleaning unit so I can vac out the cleaning blades/wax brush.Comment
