I used some kind like formula K to clean charge roller on color machines ,It last the most 30K. Is there something better to clean will last longer ?

Foam cleaner (we use the Parcia brand) brings them up like new, Then finish off with a quick wipe over with alcohol to remove any residue.Comment

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

I'm using scouring agent for the old type (black) charge rollers - it's a bit messy but has a nice polishing effect. The new type (brown) charge rollers are more delicate that's why I'm just using water or glass cleaner for those. I'm also removing the drum/cleaning unit so I can vac out the cleaning blades/wax brush.Comment

On the newer charge rollers( The Beige Ones) remove the beige coating with IPA to expose the white coating and you will get better life out the units.Comment
