Ricoh 1022 strange problem

Hi,

I have one ricoh 1022 with a strange problem.. when we choose to make more then 1 copy from exposure glass the machine only make 1 copy. but if i make from adf there is no problem. There is any function that can be disable? did anyone already have this kind of problem!?

Is sort turned on by default. If it is the machine will be waiting for the next page on glass, but from DF it knows there isn't.

The machine will do more than 1 copy if you press the "#"-key - or disable sort by default like df3036 said.
