[Jamming] Ricoh 3030 Jamming by Drum

Can anyone help with a 3030 I'm currently having trouble with?

The paper jams intermittently. When I open the side door, the leading edge of the paper is level with the drum and not creased or marked in any way. The second half of the sheet is fanned and stuck between the bottom of the PCU and the registration roller.

I've replaced the PCU, registration clutch, both feed clutches, hot roller and pressure roller.

I suspect it's something to do with the rotation of the PCU drum and there is a funny noise coming from the motor at the back. I've took this off and can't see anything wrong.

Anyone any ideas?

What is the jam-history telling? Maybe it's one of the transport sensors.

It says jam at exit even though it's not even entering the fuser.
