    Not sure what the fx16 is but the error relates to the fuser unit. It can only be reset through service mode once the problem is corrected. Most likely you will have to replace the fuser unit.

      Same as an AC104 which I think is an old Sammy unit. I think teebee is right tho.

        I think you're right Jomama. The wording of the error points me towards a Samsung. I wonder why he posted in Ricoh? =^..^=
        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          The FX16 was sold by Ricoh as Aficio FX-16. We sold a couple of them, not much. It's indeed a Samsung. When he replaces the Fusing Unit the problem is solved. No need to reset the code.
