    Ricoh Aficio 2105

    Hello!

I have a Ricoh Aficio 2105 and when copying from ADF in duplex mode, one side is ok,other side is cutted.
I tried SP6009,but it doesnt work.I checked the values in Service Mode and they are default.
All i could do is a cleaning and i did it.
    What can i do please?
    Thank you

PS : Copying in Duplex Mode on glass,is perfect. Also the printing.

Make sure there isn't a margin set for the duplex in User Tools. This will give you all kinds of grief if you don't know to look for it.

Maybe i didn't explain as good as the problem really is.
It is not problem of margins, but the image in the copy,is pulled down.
In one side copying is ok and in other side, the image is moved down to the edge of paper and maybe 1 or 2 lines (sentences) are missing or cutted.
I made a SP5801 and SP2962 and the problem is still present.

        Post an example.

Check duplex margin in user tool like rthonpm mentioned. They are set to shift the image 5mm on the 2nd side from factory. Change it to 0mm and the back will be the same as the front.
