[CQ] 2035 dirty after cleaning blade (two) and charge roller

the following a4 empty exposure glass copy (white) is dirty and exactly two bar of this shape appeared on drum surface one in near center (scanned picture on a4) and other near left arm charge roller (appeared on a3 copy)
    mosh.jpg
what reason exist for this problem?
i Rebuilded the PCU with a new cleaning blade(staitionary blade) and brush and insert old blade 2(moving blade) in opc.
i have two bushing on both side of charge roller arm and cleaned both

Is it possible Bin the blade solve this problem that has the two springs on it, it causes more hassle than it's worth.
sometimes i Remove the opc unit and clean and rebuild it with the same parts copier quality is good but recent time that i do this , this problem is created

also i clean transfer belt and blade ,
whether i put charge roller(cleaned with cotton and alcohol) as dry or grease with oil?(what type of oil?)
    my setting
    charge roller bias :
    sp2001#01 (default = 1500 v current= 1560) sp2001#02 (default=250 current=250)
    two suggestion:
1- remove moving blade from opc unit
2- Remove the drum, clean the contact surface of the front and rear charge spring plates for the charge roller (slightly bend the plates up to ensure a good contact) and put the drum back in. look at the charge roller and make sure it is sitting flush against the drum.
    other Technicians said:
"I'd start with vacuming out the engine unit. Remove the drum, dev and laser unit. Give it a good clean. I'd also change the developer powder.
Whenever anyone asks me to look at anything in that range. The first thing I reach for is my toner vacume.
Sorry this question, by any chance did you change the filter unit of revelation.
Once happened to me and i have a filter out of the place and have this symptom
The Vacuumed up filter from the dev unit (ricoco) gives a white band down the centre of the copy.
you could have a problem with a damaged seal between the drum and dev units. replace the seal and lock the units together with a self tapping screw (Next to the seal) to prevent leaks.

I think you need to look at the pcu itself, you didn't state that you replaced it. A low spot in the surface will cause that.

How many copies has this machine done and how many since its last PM?
These copiers have a short PM cycle and need a new drum, cleaning blade, charge roller, charge cleaning roller, transfer belt and transfer cleaning blade every 150,000 copies. Also you will be very lucky to get the developer to go its full life of 300,000.

We gave up trying to solve individual copy quality problems with this range of copiers years ago. We found the most effective way was to fit a full PM kit the moment the C/Q dropped off.
Management will moan about the high useage of parts but you will keep you customers happy,
Trying to get parts to go even 10% beyond their PM life is just false economy with this model.
At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.
