I had a similar issue which I struggled with for a while, I did everything you did. Ended up replacing the original feeler bracket and problem solved. Don't know why but tech support were straight onto it. -
There's a one way on the I believe registration roller, clean and lube and buff the shaft.Leave a comment:

There's also a TSB regarding ADF jams that came out last year sometime. There was some damage to the original white plate that caused it, but I haven't seen it in the field.Leave a comment:

I have cleaned all sensors and no reflective plates. I have also cleaned all rollers as well as replacing feed belt, roller and dfp.
All other sizes A3 - A4 work fine. It jams solely on A4 r.Leave a comment:

Did you clean the non reflectors on the bottom of the DF? There is one on a metal plate just to the left (before) the slit glass. There is another one on the right (after) the slit glass on the black plastic guide.Leave a comment:

MPC 4000 df jams A4r only
Hi there, Im looking for some input into a wierd fault. I have an MPC 4000 which will run A4r and A3 all day long but will struggle to get through a pile of 20 A4r on the DF. It shows 005 DF jam (exit Jam). I have cleaned all sensors and rollers but it still ajms intermitantly.
Any help appreciated.
