    MPC 4000 Jam 19

I have a lot of jam no.19 (fusing exit sensor ON) on MPC4000. Copier works normaly usualy in the morning we have 3-5 jams only no.19. I check fusing unit, ivertor and exit unit but it likes good. Do you have any problems with this jaming?

Found this in the Global Knowledge Base......

    [Symptom]
Fusing unit jam (Jam code 19: Fusing exit ON)
The problem occurs under the following conditions:
    • It occurs with all trays (1 through 4, by-pass).
    • The leading edge of the paper stops after exiting approximately two centimeters from the fusing nip.
    • The paper does not reach the fusing exit sensor.
    • The image is not distorted.

    [Cause]
Fusing/paper exit motor (AX060369) is faulty.
    [Resolution]
Replace the fusing/paper exit motor (AX060369).

        I see 3 possible problems:
        1. Fusing Exit Plate (but only at fullcolor and hightoner images)
        2. Fusing Exit Sensor oder harness
        3. Fusing/paper exit motor
